One service where you can register your problem, give all the documents and they do all the follow up, running around and getting the money back. Benefits for customer are obvious but even companies have to deal with less individuals this way. Moreover, this one agency/company in between will have a lot more information leverage by aggregating information from multiple people and will have more solid ground against a company.<br><br>There are of course legal issues of representation here which need to be sorted out.
